I've been seeing Jacob about tendinopathy in my foot for about 6 weeks now and I'm more than happy with the treatment that he has been aiding me with so far. He's extremely knowledgeable and very thorough, I'm very thankful for the quick progress in healing my injury. Paula at the front desk is lovely and very polite, a pleasure to chat to! I can highly recommend Primal Physio.

Do not recommend. The physio just did a basic massage uninterestedly. Didn’t spoke about the issue at all. Just started massage and wrapped up quickly. I was hoping for some conversation and methods to relieve from pain. A $60 deep tissue Thai massage is 10 times more effective than a visit to this clinic. Just don’t waste your time here. Looks like all businesses are buying google reviews from some marketing companies.

Jacob goes above and beyond in both providing a structured and well thought out plan for the treatment of my shoulder and hip injuries as well providing knowledgeable information with every session! Highly recommended

Go to this physio. Everyone is so nice and accomodating; Paula at reception is the nicest and will help you out and remember your name! Jacinta, my PT, will FIX you, and teach you how to not break in the future. In 40 minutes total time, she’s done a full assessment of my back mobility, checked X-rays I provided, assessed wrist mobility and strength, given remedial massage, she’s given me programs to protect my spine at the gym, as well as fix my damaged wrist and strengthen various parts of my body that needed it, allowing me to safely hit PBs in the gym I couldn’t hit before. She’s incredible, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and will solve all your problems with her cute laugh (it cures all) and big brain. GO TO THE PHYSIO (they do remedial massage !)

Yakup/Jacob has been an immense help in rehabbing me since my hip labrum tear. His approach has been really effective and easy to follow and the entire team at Primal have been lovely and supportive. Highly recommend!
